چکیده
INTRODUCTION
The chronic kidney disease (CKD) patient's calcium phosphate product, alkaline phosphatase (ALP), vitamin-D2 and human growth hormone (hGH) are altered under haemodialysis. This study aimed to evaluate these biochemical variables in conjunction with haemoglobin blood pressure find out their association End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) patients.
 MATERIAL AND METHODS
cross-sectional comprised of 104 patients ESRD undergoing estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) was calculated by Cockcroft-Gault (CG) equation calcium, phosphorus, ALP were measured fully automated analyzer whereas hGH sandwich competitive enzyme linked immune sorbent assay (ELISA) techniques.
 RESULTS
mean age 53.12 ±16.37 years comprising 68% male. hypovitaminosis D 57.7% deficiency 23.1% insufficiency states 22.1%. product found be increased only 39.9% cases. level observed 64.4% There statistically significant between Hb status (p=0.03). difference sodium Ca×P cases hypertension (p=0.03 p=0.01) respectively. Moreover, the eGFR (p=0.0001and respectively.
 CONCLUSION
Increased hypovitaminosis-D very common dialysis less prevalence increment. anaemia can pre-existing condition which cumbersome control if not monitor patients.

Effect of calcium-channel blockers on calcium-phosphate metabolism in patients with end-stage renal disease.
BACKGROUND After EDTA-induced hypocalcaemia, healthy volunteers treated with diltiazem display more severe hyperparathyroidism than subjects on felodipine studied under identical conditions. Therefore patients with end-stage renal disease (ESRD) and severe secondary hyperparathyroidism might be particularly sensitive to this side-effect. METHODS To test this hypothesis, seven patients with ES...
متن کاملPrevalence of infectious diseases in patients with end stage renal disease in Gorgan City in Iran
Background: The mortality rate of sepsis and pneumonia is higher in end-stage renal disease (ESRD) patients than in the general population. Bacterial infections are the most common cause of hospitalization in dialysis patients and the most common source of bacteremia is vascular access in these patients. The aim of this study was to determine the prevalence of infectious causes of hospitalizati...
متن کاملThe relationship between Aldosterone level and various LV conditions in patients with End-stage renal disease
Background: Aldosterone has been assumed to be implicated in left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH). Preventing the progression of LVH in the early period of end-stage renal disease (ESRD) can increase patient survival. In this study, therefore, we analyzed the relationship between aldosterone level and LVH in ESRD patients who underwent hemodialysis at Fatemeh Zahra Hospital and Imam Khomeini Hosp...

Introduction: This study aims to evaluate the dentomaxillofacial radiographic changes in end stage renal disease (ESRD) patients who were on hemodialysis. Methods: Parathyroid hormone (PTH), calcium, phosphorus and alkaline phosphatase (ALP) measurements, as well as Panoramic and periapical radiographs were obtained from seventy four patients with a history of end stage renal disease (ESRD). Re...
متن کاملEffect of RenaGel, a non-absorbed, calcium- and aluminium-free phosphate binder, on serum phosphorus, calcium, and intact parathyroid hormone in end-stage renal disease patients.
BACKGROUND Control of dietary phosphate absorption in end-stage renal disease patients is essential to prevent the deleterious sequelae of phosphorus retention. Efficacy of currently available calcium- and aluminium-containing phosphate binders is constrained by the side-effects associated with the absorption of calcium and aluminium. The current study examined the efficacy of RenaGel, a calciu...
